The client's previous website was built on Wix. While functional, it was expensive to maintain and lacked the flexibility they needed for a simple booking system. They needed a new solution that was more customizable, cost-effective, and could streamline their booking and customer management process.
I migrated the business from Wix to a custom-themed WordPress site, which immediately gave them more control and reduced monthly costs. To solve the booking issue, I integrated JotForms to create a simple, user-friendly booking experience for their customers. For the back-end, I connected the system with QuickBooks to help the owner easily track customers and manage bookings efficiently.
The new WordPress site provides a powerful and highly customizable platform for future growth while significantly saving the client money on maintenance. The JotForms and QuickBooks integration created a seamless workflow, saving the owner valuable time on booking and customer administration, allowing them to focus more on their core business.
